Return & Exchange Conditions

We want every ONGEMS piece to suit you perfectly. If for any reason it doesn't, you can arrange an exchange or return.

Timeframe

You may exchange or return an item of proper quality within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Conditions

A return or exchange is possible if:

• the item has not been used
• its original appearance and consumer properties have been preserved
• all tags, seals, and original packaging are intact
• proof of purchase is provided
